Production process
Powder metallurgy or melting:preparing molybdenum billets by pressing,sintering,or electron beam melting.
Hot/Cold Rolling:Rolling into sheets of the desired thickness.
Annealing treatment:eliminates internal stress and improves plasticity.
Precision polishing:using sand belt grinding,polishing and other processes to achieve mirror or matte effects.
Cleaning and packaging:Remove surface residues and vacuum pack to prevent oxidation.
